A note from us
Your family's privacy
CherishFlow is for the days you are already living. Here is what we promise about your photos, your voice, and your child's care card. The privacy policy is the longer version, if you want it.
Five promises

We do not sell your family's information. The CherishFlow app has no advertising or analytics tools.

Your photos, voice, and stories are private to your account. Other families cannot browse them.

A sitter link shows only the care card you wrote, including allergies and emergency contacts if you typed them. It expires in 24 hours and never opens the Life Book. You can stop sharing anytime.

Layta uses OpenAI to understand what you type or say. It sends your words or voice note, your children's names and ages, and photos of school flyers you scan. Those requests are marked not to be stored or used for training. The Health Journal is never sent.

You can delete your account in Settings. We remove the family records and files we host. Backup copies are removed within 30 days. A store, the printer, or an email already sent may keep its own copy.

Expo sends a phone reminder if you turn notifications on. Vercel hosts this website. Neither one holds your Life Book. Sentry receives crash reports from the app. Those reports do not include photos, voice, stories, or care notes.

These controls are in the app.
Delete your account
In Settings, you can delete your account. We remove the family records and files we host.
Download your family's data
You can download a copy of the family data saved in the app.
Face ID lock
You can lock the app with Face ID. This is optional.
2-step sign-in
You can turn on a second step when you sign in. This is optional.
Stop sharing links
You can turn a sitter link off whenever you want.
Printed playback links
You can turn off links that play from a printed page.
